You must complete, sign and return the registration form, Parent Handbook acknowledgement, field trip permission slip, with the non-refundable registration fee ($10/week student is enrolled), and updated immunization records. Email to:email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org Drop off address: 125 Middletown Road, Waterford, NY 12188 (Please don't mail) Business hours: Monday- Friday 7:00-8:30 AM and 2:30-6:00 PM *Forms will not be accepted prior to the date listed above.
Electronic registration: After you've emailed the form to us, we'll send you an electronic invoice for the required down payment. (ACH transfers only. Credit Cards are not accepted)

Students will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
**We cannot hold a space for a student unless we have received a down payment.**
